While it’s tempting to think about that big potential salary upon graduation, the key word is “graduation.” If you choose a field of study that makes you miserable, you more than likely will abandon that major before it’s time to start cashing a paycheck. Worse, you may have difficulty switching to your true love, because you’ve missed out on pre-requisite classes, for example. Carefully consider whether you can truly envision yourself enduring four years in a course of study that doesn’t really interest you – and 20 or more years pursuing that field as a profession!
I agree with the person above me. You should always choose a major based on your interests or it will end up not working out. Living the rest of your life stuck in a career that you hate won’t be very fun. Think about it. You’re going to spend the last 50+ years working, and although you may earn more money in a different career, it won’t be worth it if you don’t like it. You should always pursue your dreams. It doesn’t matter how much money your make or what kind of car you have, it only matters that you love what you do!
I believe to go for more of interest. It’s one thing to earn money and get to have every need and want met but when you go into that profession that you are not really interested, you are giving off negetive energy and you are not excatly contributing to the astomphere in that area. You will not be haooy and you will evently quit. To save the time, do something that you know you can give back on and you are passionaite about. If you do, you ar enot only making yourself happy but you will do better in your profession
