The SAT stands for the Scholastic Aptitude Test, and the PSAT is the Preliminary SAT.
The ACT stands for the American College Test.
The ACT and SAT are tests you take to show the schools how smart you are. Almost all schools need you to take at least one of these tests.
On the ACT, there is an English, Math, Reading, and Science section. And the highest you can get is a 36 on the test.
On the SAT, there are multiple English and Math section. The highest you can get is a 2100.
