Taking AP courses are challenging. However, taking them really helps you. It prepares you to work at a college-level of intensity and determine if you are able to handle the rigor of the assigned work. Even if you take one AP course, it will help you tremendously.
Just be sure to actually enjoy the subject of your course, if you’re not a master of the Chinese language, then it really doesn’t help to take an AP Chinese class because your interested in learning the language. AP classes are pretty much based on what you know and a little of what you don’t. AP courses pretty much are just college courses. If you’re really confident in your abilities pertaining a certain class, then it could really benefit you if you take an AP course. You’ll also have the opportunity to take the AP test for whatever class(es) you’re enrolled in and possibly receive college credit. AP classes can enhance your knowledge, as well as, save you lots of money when you enroll in college because if you receive a good score, you’re eliminating a certain number of credit hours. It’s a great opportunity and it really only helps you in the end.
Also seniors, decision day is nearing. May 1st is the day most schools hope to receive your enrollment deposit and your decision to attend their school. It’s really important that you send in your deposit to ensure that you have a spot in the freshmen class. Don’t forget! It’s very important to meet the deadline.
