Human Services is all apart of helping others. Any occupation that contributes to the well-being of others, is practically apart of the Human Services field.
In terms of Human Services; although it is a field that is aimed at helping people, a good example of a job in the field of human services it to look to the Department of Human Services. These include jobs such as; social workers, foster care workers, Child Protective Services workers, people that give out food stamps. Basically, someone who wants to work in the field of Human Services will be working with the people of this society that need a specific service.
