March 1st and Paying For College

Is it just me or is everything due March 1st?

I have had so many things that need to be turned in on March first that I’m freaking out a litte. Sure, in January, March 1st seemed decades away. But now–it’s like, what a week away?

College tutition downpayments, housing fees, housing applications, AP test checks, sports forms.

My whole life comes down to March 1st! I thiink I’m going to pay at least 500 dollars on that day. And then comes Prom…

Ready Or Not! Here Comes College

As a high-school senior, with an undeniable record of figuring things out a little too late, I realize that this is my last year. My last year to freak out about high-school. My last year to be able to come home and curl up with a book, ignoring the outside world.

My last year.

It’s sad because everything you do as a senior–every dance, every club meeting, every outing with friends–you think about things as your last. I know that life isn’t going to end, but this life is. High school is almost done with.
